What personal data do we collect and from whom?
We collect data from anyone signing up for one of our free courses and anyone whom we interview. Consider in this regard basic background information, contact details, data on your business, attendance of our workshops and website use. We also use cookies (after seeking your consent, if required).
Among other things, we process the following personal data from onsite activities (workshops & interviews):

- Sex;
- Business/ Company/ occupation related data;
- Background information (education, beliefs, professional stories)
Amongst other things, we process the following personal data from visitors to our websites:

- Duration and time of visit to the website;

For what purposes do we process personal data?
Personal data supplied by our onsite activities (workshops & interviews) is processed for the following purposes:
- Registration for the purposes of participation in our workshops or for the interview;
- To provide you with personalised educational and promotional support;
- For information purposes;
- To email newsletters, to provide updates on current developments, latest trends, conferences, seminars, and upcoming workshops;
- For the continuous improvement of the quality of our workshops, among other things, conducting research and processing surveys;
- The recommendation for a prize or nominations;
The personal data supplied by visitors to our websites is processed to compile user statistics; therefore, to promote improvement of our website via a better user experience.
