She is the author of transformative books: “Breathing the Rhythm of Success” and “Who Makes the Bed?” and co-author of 24 other books. She is a pioneer in the development of mental health and emotional well-being in the workplace, a role she has been fulfilling since the 1990s, bridging the gap between breathwork therapy, business management, and conscious leadership.
“Through our organizations, the most recent being GRIT Academy, along with my sister Layla and my husband Michael, and a wonderful team of collaborators, we have trained people from all over the world, fostering a culture of well-being, organic resilience, and conscious leadership, providing people with the tools to navigate life’s challenges with emotional strength and happiness. In doing so, we have contributed to nurturing a more kind, compassionate and empathetic world, transcending the boundaries of traditional education and corporate structures, and leaving an indelible mark globally.
